Nanjing Grand Canadian Academy (Nanjing GCA)
at the Nanjing Foreign Language School

  • Nanjing GCA began operations in 2002 with 26 students and has since grown to over 375 students in 2007-8.

  • Nanjing GCA received certification by the B.C. Ministry of Education in 2003 and has been inspected and recertified every year by Ministry representatives.

  • Qualified GCA graduates are authorized to receive the official B.C. "Dogwood" high school diploma.

  • Located on the downtown campus of the prestigious Nanjing Foreign Language School . Students may also complete their Chinese high school courses delivered by NFLS teachers

Nanjing GCA's Main building on the Nanjing Foreign Language School campus. There are 6 Grade 10 classrooms, administrative and teacher offices, a 100- person lecture theater, a multipurpose room and GCA school library. The NFLS cafeteria building. Cafeterias are located on the first and second floors, and there is a large 800-person lecture and performance theater on the 3 rd floor. Adjacent to the main building is the Nanjing GCA Grade 11 and Science and IT building. Chemistry labs are located on the first floor, physics on the second, biology on the third, the IT labs on the fourth, and GCA Grade 11 on the fifth.
